Peter Zaselsky positively assessed the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" in the Penza region
Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Peter Zaselsky visited the Penza region on Wednesday, February 10.
The purpose of the official visit is to get acquainted with the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity"in the region. To discuss the results and prospects of work in this area, a round table was organized in the Rameyev Technopark, which was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Valery Bespalov, Deputy Minister of Industry Mikhail Antonov, representatives of participating enterprises and potential participants of the national project.
"The activities of the national project have already proved their effectiveness, but we are constantly improving the process. So, we added a new tool — a digital ecosystem that will contribute to the accelerated digitalization of enterprises, as well as a joint project with WorldSkills to revive the movement of innovators and retrain employees. The changes will also affect the work of the Federal Competence Center in the Field of Labor Productivity. From 2021, its experts will start implementing complex projects at enterprises aimed not only at eliminating losses, but also at improving other business processes, " said Petr Zaselsky.
Deputy Chairman Valery Bespalov stressed that the Penza region was one of the first to start implementing the national project "Labor Productivity". At the end of 2020, despite the difficult situation due to the pandemic, all key indicators were achieved, and now 39 enterprises in the region are implementing the national project.
During his visit, Peter Zaselsky got acquainted with the production capacities of the following enterprises: LLC "Master-Pak", LLC "ESVO", JSC "PPO EVT named after V. A. Revunov", LLC "SVAR". The guest was impressed by the industrial potential of the Penza region. He stressed that all companies are in full swing implementing advanced lean manufacturing technologies, which are so necessary for the successful growth of companies in the modern world.
Later, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation met with the Governor of the Penza Region Ivan Belozertsev, discussing with him the further development of bilateral cooperation.
